Post Partum

English: It began, your new life, with your new baby. Maybe you already have children, but you never had this one. As a new parent, for the first time, or yet again, let go of the perfection. Trust the guidance, both internal and the one you receive by those supporting you.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. You know how to do this but I will be there. I will be there to help you at home, get the little kinks out the doubt, answer the questions you been thinking about. I am here to help you during this journey because I want you to heal, I want to help.

Español: Comenzó, tu nueva vida, con tu nuevo bebé. Tal vez ya tengas hijos, pero nunca tuviste este. Como padre primerizo, por primera vez, o una vez más, deje ir la perfección. Confía en la orientación, tanto interna como en la que recibes de quienes te apoyan.
